The Southern Tier Harness Horsemen's Association is an incorporated not for profit organization whose purpose is to serve and represent the horsemen racing at Tioga Downs. Its meetings are open to interested horsemen. Anyone with comments or suggestions for the STHHA is encouraged to contact one of the board members.
